Our technicians are qualified to carry out repairs at all levels. All repairs are double-checked before being returned to you. We also replace your old handset cords and line cords with new, top-quality cords at no extra charge. What’s more, our repairs are guaranteed for a period of one year*.

We offer repair service on I.P., SIP, or proprietary protocol phones such as Avaya, CISCO, Polycom, Grandstream and many other brands.

* The warranty covering repairs on certain items, including but not limited to cordless phones, headphones and batteries, may be for less than one year.
We offer a casing replacement service on several models of Nortel, Avaya, Lucent and AT&T devices and more.
If your devices are yellowed or scratched, we can refresh them by replacing the old casings with BRAND NEW casings that will restore your devices to their original appearance. What’s more, we’ll also replace old cords with new ones at no extra charge. Your devices will look like new again! Optional button kits are also available to complete the refurbishment.
